Job Retention Skills
Job retention indicates whether a program participant is still employed after a certain amount of time being initially placed in a job. Your first impression should include, good posture, confidence, eye-contact, and body language. Your appearance and attire should be professional and appropriate. Punctuality shows your willingness to get up early, plan and make every effort to complete your work on time. You should maintain a positive attitude, as well. I think that an individual never stops learning because there are still new skills and methods you could analyze. Being professional means doing more than expected, communicating effectively, and following exceptional guiding principles. Whenever there is a common-misunderstanding, you should try to find smart solutions and an explanation. To ensure you keep peace and get along with your co-workers, you should bring respect, integrity, and honesty to all your interactions. If I were being hired for a second semester of this course, the skills I would say I have attained are communication, teamwork, and creativity. Some possibilities to a higher wage or promotion include showing pride in your work, raise other team's performances, and keeping a positive attitude.
